DCH Marine has officially opened its new Sanctuary Cove office at 39C Masthead Way, marking the formal launch of its Gold Coast operations within one of Australia’s most prestigious marine precincts. The facility is now fully operational, supporting sales, aftersales service, administration, and marketing functions across Queensland and the broader East Coast.
The new location also features a permanent onwater sales display at Sanctuary Cove Marina, allowing clients to experience a curated selection of Sunseeker and Saxdor Yachts firsthand Positioned at the centre of the Gold Coasts thriving marine industry the office provides direct access to yacht owners prospective buyers and key industry partners
The Gold Coast has excellent marine facilities, skilled workers, and easy access to some of Australia’s best cruising areas along the East Coast. Because of this, it is known as one of the most important boating hubs in the country. By opening a permanent office at Sanctuary Cove, DCH Marine shows its long-term commitment to providing better service, local support, and ongoing care for owners across the region.
Samantha Chan, Head of Marine Business at DCH Marine, commented:
“Sanctuary Cove is a natural home for the brands we represent and our clients. A permanent presence here allows us to work closely with owners and prospective clients while providing more responsive, ongoing support throughout the ownership journey across Queensland and the East Coast.”
Steve Sammes, General Manager for Mulpha’s Marinas & Leisure portfolio, welcomed the expansion:
“We are thrilled to welcome DCH Marine to Sanctuary Cove Marina. Their Sunseeker and Saxdor brands strengthen the luxury boating offering within the precinct and reinforce Sanctuary Cove’s position as one of Australia’s premier yachting destinations.”
Industry support was also expressed by Andrew Fielding, CEO of the Boating Industry Association:
“The decision to expand operations on the Gold Coast highlights the stability and opportunity within Australia’s luxury boating market. It is encouraging to see leading marine businesses investing in infrastructure and customer support locally.”
To celebrate its expanding footprint in Queensland, DCH Marine will host a Saxdor Social on 7 March 2026. It will be an on-water community event designed to bring owners together and further strengthen the growing Saxdor network in Australia.
Sanctuary Cove is also home to the internationally recognised Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, taking place from 21–24 May 2026, where DCH Marine will exhibit as part of its continued engagement with the Australian market.
The opening of the Sanctuary Cove office marks a significant milestone in DCH Marine’s expansion across Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region, strengthening its presence within one of the Southern Hemisphere’s most dynamic marine markets.
