Finnish boat manufacturer Saxdor Yachts has further strengthened its reputation for cutting-edge design after receiving the Design Innovation Award at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show for its latest model, the Saxdor 340 GTWA. 

The award, established by the Italian Marine Industry Association (Confindustria Nautica) in collaboration with I Saloni Nautici, recognises outstanding achievements in research, design, and innovation within the yachting industry. The Saxdor 340 GTWA was celebrated in the category “Motorboats – Up to 14m”, praised for its compact walk-around layout, innovative use of natural light, and versatile functionality. 

Innovative Design and Functionality 

The independent jury, comprising Italian and international experts, highlighted the 340 GTWA’s space-efficient walk-around design, which combines practicality with a sleek, modern profile. Key features include: 

• Expansive wheelhouse with large sliding glass doors. 

• Optional sunroof for enhanced light and ventilation. 

• Seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, adaptable to all weather conditions.
